Interesting video. The removable chassis idea is brilliant! And I love all that extra space around the front-seated passengers feet. The ability to drive on either side would be very useful for going over to the continent, although I guess there could be some issues with drivers in the UK “forgetting” to switch sides when the come back, or something like that (never underestimate the stupidity of the general public).
Oh well… guess it’ll be a few years before this becomes available to the general public, anyway.

Time to test DailyMotion support for the video plugin.
While looking around for a good video I found this cheesy Eurodance tune featuring I.R.C.! As an ex-IRC junkie I found this to be hilarious… your own mileage may vary.

This guy has a great voice! The group (Gnarls Barkley) is composed of producer Danger Mouse and singer Cee-Lo. I first heard of them a couple of months ago when they became the first group to reach number one in the UK charts based on download sales alone! As always, there’s more information over on their Wikipedia page.
Apparently they wear different costumes every time they perform. As seen below, they chose a Star Wars theme for the MTV Movie Awards this year. Just click on the image to play the video.

Edit2: Alrighty… after a bit of hacking around with the plugin, I’ve got it working the way I want (at least for YouTube videos… might have to do some more tweaking for the other formats it claims to support (Google Video, vSocial, and dailyMotion), but it’s a little late for that now. I guess it’s worth mentioning at this point that I’m basing this on the videobloggerplugin for Wordpress, made by a guy called “Chadical”.
Edit3: Doh! Just found yet another video plugin for Wordpress called the ExtremeVideoPlugin. It looks a little more complicated than the one I’m using, but it’s EXTREME so it must be good, right?!

Here’s a hilarious little flash video in which the a Flash developer’s animation tries to fight back…
Apparently the guy that made this (Alan Becker) is only 17 years old! Good work, boy.
There’s also a bit of a tussle going on over at albinoblacksheep.com, where the animation was originally posted, due to several other sites decompiling and stealing the animation for use on their own sites… tsk tsk tsk.

As promised, here is the 2nd installment of “pointless moments in time”. Hot on the heels of 1:2:3 4/5/6, it’s 6:6:6 6/6/6!!!! Fortunately there have been no satanic incarnations around here thus far, but should the antichrist make his appearance i’ll let you know.
