Time For Change
Those pirates were getting a little old, but I really don’t have time these days to sit around and redesign my site again, so I decided to try out a plugin for Wordpress I noticed a while back called Canvas. This handy little plugin makes rearranging the layout / features of a site as easy as clicking and dragging the “blocks” (areas of content, such as the links, FlickrRSS image, etc.) to wherever you want. Simple!
Currently I’m using a basic variation of the Tarski theme, but it should be easy enough to modify the underlying template with my own design when I get around to it. For now it’s just nice to see something different around here.

The header image is different for post pages and the main page, right?

Yeah. The main page and the individual pages use different templates, so they could potentially have completely different layouts.
